Sunflower Bank at 101 Adams St. in downtown Monte Vista, CO
is providing UFPG/CO with a home. The pictures above show
the board room and working area, which contains several divided
working areas and has a sunny view of First Avenue. Linda
Hagedorn, Bank President, has supplied us with the location
at no charge, as a gift to the potato industry, recognizing
the importance of the industry to the area.
A new computer system with broadband internet connection
will soon be operated by Lyla Davis, the UFPG/CO secretary.
A phone system will be installed shortly.
The bank is on the corner of First Ave and Adams Street,
with main entrance on Adams. We ask that you reach the UFPG
office by entering from the side entrance of the bank on
First Avenue.
The UFPG/CO would like to thank Sunflower Bank and President
Linda Hagedorn for their remarkable generosity and support
for the potato growers in the San Luis Valley.
